It’s an efficient way to measure and manage wear components, identify equipment issues, predict undercarriage wear-out timing and calculate cost-per-hour.

100% interchangeable parts

As you replace your current undercarriage with Cat Abrasion, here's some more good news — all parts are interchangeable. That includes track pads and shoes, carrier rollers, idlers, guards, sprockets, rollers, guides, and the link and track assembly. The only part number change is for the link assembly, and the only visible change is that Cat Abrasion’s oil plug is blue (versus clear for SystemOne).
