DEERFIELD, IL – Caterpillar Inc. today announced the company’s participation in the 7x24 Exchange International Fall 2021 Conference, which will be held Oct. 24-27 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, Arizona.
Matt Spitznagle, Caterpillar’s director of global accounts, and Anthony Goyer, Caterpillar product definition and strategy manager, will deliver a joint presentation with Tim Hughes, vice president of strategy for STACK Infrastructure, on Energy Transition & the Path to Sustainably Powered Data Centers. Scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 26, this seminar will detail solutions that help data centers achieve decarbonization goals, outline technology options, and explore the use of low greenhouse gas solutions in the on-site generation space.
Additionally, Caterpillar employees attending the conference will help participants evaluate emerging technologies that can enable data center owners to pursue their sustainability goals, including applications that utilize hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), hydrogen, and cogeneration. Caterpillar will also sponsor the Welcome Reception as well as the Marquis Plus+ Partner Showcase.
