The Cat® 395 Frontless Excavator Upper utilzes the same strength and stability of the core machine and gives you the power and durability to tackle big jobs. With Purpose Built Excavators, you can configure the 395 Upper to meet any challenge the field might throw your way- from drilling to dredging. Whether that's Frontless, with a Boom and/or Stick, with/ without the Counterweight or with the 395 Long Reach Kit that gives you almost 92 feet of reach- we offer flexibility to meet your needs.
Cat® Frontless Excavator Uppers can be customized to meet customers’ unique needs and are used for a variety of special applications including drilling, pile-driving, amphibious use, dredging, hi-rail, forestry and more that are outside the scope of our standard excavators.
We’re here to help you build the machine that gets the job done. We can provide Cat® Frontless Excavator Uppers in a variety of configurations. Some features include; with or without Cat® fronts, counterweight options, upper frame options, cab options, work tool and auxiliary valve options, and more.
By integrating Software Enabled Attachments like the Advanced Implement SEA, Custom Joystick SEA, Foundation Drill SEA or the Shear SEA -or the bolt-on Long Reach Excavation Kit (currently available in 28m length for 395 machines only)- controls can be customized to meet customers’ needs.
