Operator safety is our top priority at Caterpillar. That’s why we’ve designed our demolition and sorting grapples with easily accessible greasing points, so your crew can maintain your attachment at ground level. This will help reduce the risk of injury to your operators and attachment damage.
To help keep operators and ground crew safe, we’ve engineered these grapples with a cylinder load holding valve. This will prevent the attachment from dropping your load in the event of a torn connector line or O-ring failure.
The rotation transportation safety lock keeps the grapple in place and prevents it from rotating during transportation, making it easier to move your attachment from job site to job site.
