• Track rollers: Cat track rollers are sealed for life with a simple bolt-on assembly. They are designed with heavy-duty components and use a one-piece forged roller rim for increased structural integrity. 

• Idler group: The idler accurately guides the track in and out of track rollers using hydraulic tension control and Cat Duo-Cone^TM seals. These components support the machine’s weight while offering control over track slack and tension.

• Track pads (on 6030-6090): Cat undercarriage track pads are designed with alloy steel case-hardened bushings and induction-hardened roller paths and drive lugs. They can be easily repinned and rebushed for longer usability. High-interference straight bushings provide longer joint life.

• Sprockets: The sprockets are built to last as long as the entire undercarriage system does. Alloy steel casting with selective heat treatment provides extreme durability on rigorous mine sites.

• Pins: Spring clip pin or nut-and-bolt retention keeps the pins from walking. Cat pins feature larger pin bosses and improved pin retention. The pins can also be rebushed.
