For surface and underground equipment, your Cat® dealer provides a range of maintenance support options. When you work with your dealer, you can customize your CVA with options like flexible payment terms, your choice of delivered planned maintenance (PM) kits or dealer PM services. No matter the level of support you need, a CVA is a tailored solution that helps increase uptime and lower unplanned costs.

MAINTENANCE FOR MINING CONVENIENCE CVA
The Cat Maintenance for Mining Convenience CVA is the most basic level offered. This support is designed for customers who want to handle their maintenance. Here’s what’s included:
Planned maintenance (PM) kits
Troubleshooting alerts and advice from your Cat dealer
Cat parts, filters and optional fluids
When you have what you need on hand, you’ll be able to complete maintenance when you need it. And cut unexpected lapses in performance while you wait for a delivery. Beyond this, you can also opt into more direct support from your Cat dealer through incentive pricing on S•O•SSM fluid analysis or upgrade to Condition Monitoring Advisor services. See the benefits with the lowest maintenance cost per hour and reduced parts inventory.
MAINTENANCE FOR MINING PERFORMANCE CVA
Next up is the Maintenance for Mining Performance CVA. This CVA gives you everything from the Convenience level, plus even more support from your dealer on service and inspections. This CVA is designed for mining customers who want hassle-free inspections and updates. Trust that your maintenance is done accurately and on time — and then get back to work with less hassle.
At this CVA level, PM kits are delivered to your mine site. Additionally, your local Cat dealer performs all 2,000-hour services. If you choose this level, you’ll get incentive pricing and the option to upgrade to more services. Those include electronic control module (ECM) software updates and Component Assurance Programs. When you invest in a Performance CVA, you’ll gain the total convenience of tailored services that meet your maintenance needs.
MAINTENANCE FOR MINING CONFIDENCE CVA
A Cat Maintenance for Mining Confidence CVA is our most comprehensive maintenance plan. With this CVA, your local Cat dealer takes over all essential planned maintenance. You’ll also receive all the other benefits of the Convenience and Performance levels. This includes PM parts support, services and condition monitoring for your fleet.
As a Confidence CVA customer, your Cat dealer will work with your crew to further educate them on training such as contamination control or bay configuration. When you invest in a Confidence CVA, your dealer team becomes a true partner in the work to meet your production targets. And just like the other CVAs, this one is flexible too. Consider add-ons and upgrades based on your evolving fleet needs.
