UNDERCARRIAGE CONVENIENCE CVA
The Cat® Undercarriage Convenience CVA is for people who want to manage their own undercarriages as much as possible. This CVA includes Cat PM kits. This CVA level guarantees top performance because your local Cat dealer helps you select the right undercarriage for your fleet and provides genuine Cat parts and service when needed.
Here’s what you can expect:
All the essential parts and service, including PM kits
Instructions and tools for maintenance
A three-year moving wear parts coverage warranty
Extended support with the Undercarriage Assurance Program
Quarterly inspections from your dealer
And don’t forget that your CVA is offered with a cost-per-hour structure and zero upfront costs. At this level, you pay only for the hours you use in a single monthly invoice. An Undercarriage Convenience CVA is the perfect choice for fleets who want to manage their undercarriage with support as needed from their dealer.
UNDERCARRIAGE PERFORMANCE CVA
Next is the Cat Undercarriage Performance CVA. This plan is designed to help you manage your repair and replacement costs. At this level, you’ll receive everything from the Convenience level, plus more support from dealer technicians with maintenance labor and inspections.
The Performance CVA level is a good option if you want to take some of the pressure off your team for managing undercarriage labor. This CVA includes turnkey dealer labor, moving wear parts replacement and repair coverage. The Undercarriage Performance CVA also provides dealer technician support for all additional undercarriage labor and complete monthly inspections.
And like the Convenience CVA, you’ll never have upfront costs and will pay only for the hours you use. Consider an Undercarriage Performance CVA if you’re looking to improve your mining operations and benefit from expert Cat dealer support.
UNDERCARRIAGE CONFIDENCE CVA
The top level of undercarriage protection comes with the Cat Undercarriage Confidence CVA. This plan gives you the highest level of coverage with targeted maintenance support throughout the lifecycle of your undercarriage. This means your local Cat dealer will manage undercarriage selection, inspections, repair, replacement and wear reports for the entire life of your powertrain.
When you invest in an Undercarriage Confidence CVA, you get all the options from previous levels. This includes all undercarriage parts and components, dealer technician labor for repair and replacement, and the Undercarriage Assurance Program. And with monthly Custom Track Service (CTS) Pro inspections, you can count on regular check-ins to make sure that your machines are working at their best. All this for zero upfront cost, with a single invoice for only the hours used.
