Billy Frank is currently Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Remanufacturing Division. With over 24 years of experience at Caterpillar, he shares his experience and understanding of how important it is to keep your truck running.

We take our job seriously and understand your livelihood depends on keeping your truck on the road. Every mile of the journey for a trucker helps him or her create revenue for themselves, their family, and, in some cases, their extended family. The most asked question by on-highway truck customers is: When is Caterpillar returning to the industry? All we can say is we never left. Our support for our customers and products that are still out there truckin' is continuous. While we left participation in parts of the business, we never abandoned our existing customers. It takes time for new decisions to become effective, but with strong brand loyalty from customers and dealers, we can always remain hopeful.
