In recognition to the strong partnership with Australian truckers, a C-16 display engine was donated to the Museum of Vehicle Evolution on February 7, 2024.

This display engine was used as a marketing and promotion tool in the early 2000s. It toured many cities in Australia, showcasing the Cat ® truck engine. Since then, it has been kept in storage and seldom utilized.

The Museum of Vehicle Evolution (MOVE) in Shepparton, Victoria, is one of Australia’s most significant regional transport hubs. The Kenworth Dealer Pavilion at MOVE houses around fifty trucks, buses, and other commercial vehicles of varying ages.

The pavilion also features the legends of the local trucking and transport industry. It tells the story of their lives, their businesses, and the trucks they operated. MOVE would not be possible without the transport industry's ongoing support.

With this donation, Caterpillar and our dealer network seek to assure the industry that "mile after mile, we're here for the journey."

We understand that trucking is a lifestyle that requires hard work and the flexibility to adjust to different challenges. That is why we aim to reinvigorate awareness and opportunities for genuine Cat truck engine parts over the coming months.

After a long drive, we encourage you to join the dealer network's future events and promotions. No matter where the road takes you, we want you to stay safe and confident that we're standing by to assist with whatever you need.

There is no doubt that being a trucker is more than what you do — it's who you are. You are the backbone of today's world, a force that drives our modern lifestyle. Because we count on you, you can count on Caterpillar for support and service mile after mile on the road ahead.
