So you’re the operator of a new Cat® D8T bulldozer. This machine has been designed for maximum operator safety and comfort while giving you all the features and durability you expect from Caterpillar. Check out this video D8T walk-around.

The Cat® D8T dozer is designed to give you the dependable functionality you expect while providing the innovative technology, safety features and comfort you desire. Move more than 18% more material per hour using the D8T’s fully automatic transmission, added power and larger blade capacity. The D8T offers a multitude of seating adjustments for its air suspension seat for operating comfort and steps, handrail and guardrail to safely enter and exit the tractor with ease. Whenever the operator leaves the seat, the Cat Operator Presence System automatically engages the hydraulic lockout and parking brake. And you can boost productivity by using technologies like Cat Grade with Slope Assist and Cat® Grade with 3D to drastically reduce operator inputs. Grading becomes more accurate and efficient than ever.
