You need information fast. Whether it’s access to a machine manual or getting answers to questions about operation, fluids, filter locations, grease points and more. The Cat® SIS2GO parts and service app gives you all that and more.

The range and scope of Cat® parts and service knowledge is legendary. And now, even smaller-size contractors can have the power of that know-how right in the palm of their hands.
The app is called Cat SIS2GO. With it, you’ll have fast access to the information you need, regardless of the time of day or night.
It’s available through the Apple App Store and Google Play and is specifically designed to give contractors with five or fewer machines around-the-clock access. SIS2GO parts and service information helps you stay ahead of the competition and keep your jobs on schedule.
Caterpillar understands that you need all sorts of information about your machines to keep your business running. And sometimes, you need that information in the middle of the night, or on a cold jobsite before the sun rises.
SIS2GO meets that information need head-on. The app is based on the Cat Service Information System, or SIS 2.0, which is an online parts and service portal dedicated to 24/7 support for Cat customers. Download and register through the SISGO app, and access your machines right on your phone.
Once that’s done, your machine’s latest stats are electronically available in any location with cellular (or Wi-Fi) service. The app is how Caterpillar provides convenient access to digital information about your equipment.
Machine manuals get lost or destroyed in the daily grind of a jobsite. But SIS2GO users can quickly download the latest version of their machine manuals — including any technical updates added after the machine was shipped. Using SIS2GO, you can find anything you need about a machine: maintenance intervals, operating tips, grease points, fluid and filter locations as well as safe operating tips and much more.
Ordering parts is easy with SIS2GO as well. Simply select your registered machine on the app, navigate to the search option, enter in the part, and SIS2GO quickly finds parts in your area, along with details on availability and accurate pricing. Once you’re locked in on the part you need, a purchase and delivery — either to your shop or your local Cat dealer – takes just a simple click.
Having access to digital information at any time is vital for today’s contractors. And SIS2GO puts the full power of the Cat parts and service network right in the palm of your hand.
