Cat® Certified G3600 Commissioning
The Cat® G3600 Certified Commissioning program is the right choice to improve the life of your G3600 gas compression engine from the moment of startup. By choosing the Cat G3600 Certified Commissioning Technician program, you can expect the highest Cat quality and support.
The technicians complete a comprehensive training program that empowers them through instructor led training, on – the – iron activities, web based learning, and on – the – job training. This is followed up with web – based and on – the – iron assessments totaling over 225 hours of engine training resulting in some of the best trained technicians in the engine business. After certification, these technicians also have continuous reassessments to insure they are current on Caterpillar’s latest processes, engine software, and iron updates.
Once onsite, the Cat G3600 Certified Commissioning Technician will verify engine installation, mounting, alignment, engine emissions and operation, activate remote monitoring, and provide a detailed report verifying engine set-up and installation which also provides the baseline for future requests in the life of your engine. This means that you can count on your G3600 engine’s life to have the best performance from the very beginning, along with a reduction in downtime for warranty repairs, fewer installation issues and related repairs, and an overall high reliability over the life of the equipment.
As Caterpillar celebrates over 30 years of manufacturing G3600 engines, logging over 200 million hours in field, using a Cat G3600 Certified Commissioning Technician can provide the confidence that your equipment will be at its best performance for years to come from the moment of startup.
