COURSE DESCRIPTION

The 3500E T4F Well Service/Drilling – DGB System Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT) session covers the key components, operation, and software strategy used for gas enablement. The following components will be discussed in detail: Gas Shutoff Valve, Pressure Regulator, Gas Rail, and Solenoid Operated Gas Admission Valves (SOGAVs), Compressor Bypass Valve, In Cylinder Pressure Sensor (ICPS), and other sensors. In addition, this session will deep dive into the Gas Blending Logic software strategy which determines gas enablement, displacement management, and gas disablement.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Upon completion of this session, the learner would be able to:

• Locate the key components of 3500E T4F DGB system used in fracking and drilling applications
• Assimilate the proper function for each of the components comprising the 3500E T4F DGB system used in fracking and drilling applications
• Assimilate proper DGB system operation, including software strategy
