COURSE DESCRIPTION
The VILT – 3500E T4F Well Service/Drilling – Fuel System Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT) session covers the components and operation of the 3500E T4F Common Rail fuel system. The following components will be discussed in detail: Low Pressure system (Electric Priming Pump, Clean Fuel Module, Fuel Transfer Pump, Starting Priority Valve, Pressure Regulator Valve, sensors), High Pressure system (High Pressure Fuel Pump, Fuel Control Valve, High Pressure Fuel Lines, Accumulators, Injectors).
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of this session, the learner would be able to:
- Locate the components of the 3500E T4F common rail fuel system used in fracking and drilling applications
- Assimilate the proper function for each of the components comprising the 3500E T4F fuel system used in fracking and drilling applications
- Assimilate proper Common Rail fuel system operation
