Course No.41653
At the completion of this course, you will be able to describe how the Well Stimulation Pump fluid and power ends work, including how they pressurize fluid for use in the well servicing industry. You will also be able to identify the major components, mechanical movements, fluid flow, lubrication flow, and flow of power in a Well Stimulation Pump. While familiarizing yourself with the basic workings of the pumps, you will come to realize you won’t have to learn everything from scratch. Much of your previous mechanical and hydraulic training and experience can be applied to working with a Well Stimulation Pump. This means you can master this product line relatively quickly.
Course Learning Outcomes: How to identify well servicing pump components and how they interact for the overall functionality of the pump. How to describe fluid end system flow How to describe power end mechanical movement How to describe power end lubrication flow How to identify major components.
