COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course will expand on the knowledge gained from the Well Stimulation Pump Basics and Pump Rebuild Overview pre-requisites by assembling a complete pump power end to full completion, and rebuilding a pump fluid end. The topics to be covered will include: assembly, disassembly, prepare parts, build subassemblies and construct the complete power end, and troubleshooting reusability of parts.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the completion of this course, you will be able to: 

  • Rebuild a Cat® Well Stimulation pump fluid end. 
  • Assemble a Cat Well Stimulation pump power end. 
  • Identify reusability of parts
