The process of managing third-party API integrations to VisionLink has changed. As of April 2022, users no longer manage third-party API integrations in VisionLink Administrator. Now, users manage third-party API integrations in the new 3^rd Party API Integration Tool. • Dealers must contact their Dealer Technology / PL Administrator.
• Customers must contact their Dealer Technology / PL Administrator or Cat Digital Support.

The process of adding new e-customers to VisionLink has changed. As of 29 March 2022, new SSO users being added as e-customers in VisionLink must be set up with their email address as their CWS ID.
