What comes with the Technical Information Portal Package?
The Technical Information Portal Package provides users with:

- Cat Reman core acceptance criteria

What do I get as a Level 2 TIA?
As a Level 2 member, you receive all of the features available to Level 1 members plus the Customer SIS 2.0/Cat ET Package. For an $850 USD annual subscription, this includes:
- Access to the secure portal on tepp.cat.com with technical supplements, disassembly/assembly instructions, Cat Reman core acceptance criteria and other resources
- Customer Service Information System 2.0 (SIS 2.0) subscription
- Customer Cat Technician (ET) subscription
What comes with Customer Service Information System (SIS) 2.0 access?
Users can access:
- Custom service information
- Part number identification
- Disassembly/assembly instructions
- Torque specifications
- Troubleshooting & more
What comes with Customer Cat Technician (ET) access?
Users can communicate with Cat truck engines to:
