Giving back to the Minneapolis-St Paul area has always been a part of Missy and Trevor Scherber’s lives, so much so, philanthropy is at the forefront of the T.Scherber business strategy.
The husband and wife team have been involved in several local charities and causes over the years. In fact, for every service they provide, whether it’s demolition, excavation or their “Do Good Dumpster,” a portion of their fees are donated to a local organization.
Recently, the Scherbers connected with Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service-members.
“The Folds of Honor motto speaks to us,” says Missy. “It’s ‘Honor Their Sacrifice. Educate Their Legacy.’ That’s what we hope we’re doing by aligning with Folds of Honor and promoting their mission.”
“Our veterans and their families have done so much for our country, this is a small way for us to recognize their sacrifice,” adds Trevor.
