How to Use Your Large Soil Compactor Monitors
Your Cat® large soil compactor’s cab has been designed with your comfort and safety in mind. And we know the value of easy-to-read display screens. Especially when work on the jobsite can’t continue until you finish preparing a solid foundation. Your soil compactor screens are there to help you get real-time information so you can work with ease.

Your Cat® large soil compactor has two display screens: a gauges monitor and an information display. Watch this video for a look at what you’ll find on each.

Here are just a few of the things you can see on your screens:
Gauges monitor [00:16]
Speed and gear
Tachometer
Warning lights (seatbelt reminder, implement lockout status)
Parking brake indicator
Engine oil, transmission oil and coolant temperature
Fuel and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) levels
Information display [01:40]
The main page on this display shows your compactor’s oil temperatures. From there, you can tap on the side menu buttons to access other screens.
