Leadership Strategies for Safety Accountability is an e-learning course designed to give leaders the right strategies and techniques to create a strong safety culture. 

This seven-module course uses interactive and engaging e-learning techniques while participants follow a supervisor and his manager on their quest to building safety accountability. In the process, participants will be exposed to the fundamental principles of a culture of safety excellence and deeply explore the four-step accountability process of Define, Equip, Measure and Respond.
