With Cat® Concierge Service, Cat powered yacht customers get direct, one-call access to a team of Cat marine power experts. We work directly with builders to help new and existing customers take advantage of the wealth of technical skill, knowledge and understanding shared by our experts and the Cat dealer network—no matter where or when they encounter trouble. This means prompt scheduling, quick answers and a direct factory line for any customer inquiries.
The Cat Concierge Service program was developed using actual customer expectations, and we pride ourselves on providing everything our customers need to have the best pleasure craft experience possible.
