C1.1 engines, with ratings: 13.7-21 bkW (18.4-28 bhp) @ 2200-3400 rpm, meet EPA Tier 4 Interim equivalent emission standards. They are available using U.S. EPA Flexibility and for Europe and, depending on applicable emission standards, may be introduced in other regulated and non-regulated areas.
